Shipping policy

We normally use Yodel or Evri for all our parcel shipping.

£3.20 for parcels weighing up to 2kg 
£5.00 for parcels weighing over 2kg
FREE UK DELIVERY OVER £100

The lead time is 2-3 working days.

A Next Day option with Evri is also available at checkout for £6.95. This is providing your order is placed before 11am Monday to Thursday.

Any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day after.

Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm. However you will get a 1 hour delivery window if you track your parcel on the day of delivery.

Please note:

• We cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• In the case of Next Day parcels not being delivered on time, the best we can offer is a refund for the extra paid for Next Day.
• It is your responsibility to ensure there is a person to accept the delivery on the day of delivery.
• We will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect input of address details by the customer, nor from the actions of delivery drivers leaving parcels other than your address - tracking details are always provided by email so you can check your 3-hour window on the day of delivery and various options are available to you incase you are not at home. 
• If items are returned after redeeming the free delivery offer, and the total of the original transaction then falls under £100, £5 will be deducted from the refund total.
